Where are your clothes made?
As of 2020 all items are designed, cut and sewn in Miami by Katerine Torregrosa. Each garment is made to order using only high quality materials sourced in United States. Once you place your order it takes 1 to 3 business days for the items to be made. Some fabric prints are also designed in-house and printed in Los Angeles and may take longer to ship. If for some reason your order will take longer to be processed we will contact you via Email to update you on the status.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Absolutely. You can email your order number and changes / cancellation request to email@example.com or message us via Facebook messenger.
How do you handle domestic and international shipping?
Free shipping on all U.S. orders is offered via USPS First Class Mail (3 - 5 transit days) - Priority and Overnight Express upgrades are available at check out.
Shipping to Canada starts at $8 - (6 - 10 transit days)
Shipping to the rest of the world starts at $12 - (12 - 20 transit days)
What's your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of receiving your order. Please remember all items are made to order, therefore window for returns is limited compared to other shops.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in order to request a return label to ship back your item(s). A refund or exchange will be processed once the item(s) are received.
Return labels are only provided for U.S. customers. If you are an international customer a return address will be provided via Email and the refund will be processed once the item(s) are received.
